This conversion piece came about after I made this bracelet and then wondered if it would be better as a necklace. So you get both!
The red stamped pewter medallion was cast from a piece of ancient Roman glass. Connected with leather scraps and brass micro screws, it's attached to a steel forged chain which was soldered using silver solder. The closure is copper. The removable necklace chain is also steel which has been sealed with wax.
Bracelet measures 8" and can be tightened by hooking on the next link
